Warwick Police Station and Watchhouse

We partnered with our valued client, McNab, to deliver first-class security, communications, electrical and HVAC-R/mechanical works to the Warwick Police Station and Watchhouse. Thoughtfully blending heritage preservation with cutting-edge infrastructure, the multi-faceted project included retrofit and installation of state-of-the-art systems across both the heritage-listed sandstone building and the new adjoining precinct.

  • Secure facility fit-out including new cells, holding cells, and a modern watchhouse, all built to government standards. This included the installation, configuration, and integration of a complex electronic security system across the heritage cells and new precinct.
  • Complete electrical and communications installation across the site.
  • State-of-the-art Building Management System (BMS) with full visualisation and control.
  • New 250kVA standby generator, boosting the heritage building’s resilience during outages.
  • Centralised plant room and reticulating ductwork for streamlined servicing and minimal disruptions.
  • Chilled water (CHW) system in the new building with centralised plantrooms, AHUs, chilled water cooling, and electric heater banks.
  • Forensic lab fit-out with fume cupboards, mobile fume arms, and compressed air lines for precision and safety.
  • Retrofitted VRV heat recovery air conditioning throughout the heritage sandstone building.
  • Mechanical ventilation and car park exhaust systems installed throughout the new building.
