Toowoomba TAFE

Following a successful tendering process, we worked alongside our valued client, QBuild, to deliver Building Management Systems (BMS) upgrades to the Toowoomba TAFE campus. Showcasing a comprehensive scope of construction, electrical, and mechanical works, our experienced team executed the two-year project using a detailed and staged approach, enabling the TAFE to safely maintain its day-to-day operations during these significant upgrades.

  • Complete upgrade of HVAC systems across identified facility blocks.
  • Removal of end-of-life major plant and the supply, installation and commissioning of new chillers, pumps, air handling units, duct work, and associated air delivery systems and controls.
  • Demolition and renewal of the entire chilled water pipe network and installation of new heating-cooling systems throughout.
  • The supply and installation of new electrical infrastructure to facilitate the upgrade of the mechanical services.
  • Structural upgrades, including design
  • The coordination and delivery of other multidisciplinary works including roofing, waterproofing, flooring, fire protection, asbestos testing and remediation, plumbing and plastering.
