Rockpool Songbird Oxley

We partnered with our valued client, McNab, to deliver complete electrical and mechanical design and construct services for Rockpool Residential Aged Care at Songbird Oxley — a purpose-built, six-storey, 148-bed facility designed to nurture a vibrant, connected community.

This modern, thoughtfully planned aged care home features resident rooms, function spaces, a hair salon, commercial kitchens, nurse treatment rooms, and other specialty areas — all designed and engineered with residents’ comfort and wellbeing at heart. Reflecting our commitment to sustainable, innovative spaces, this project helps foster a genuine sense of care and community.

  • Comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, supply, installation and commissioning — achieving a 5-Star Green Star Rating equivalency and meeting strict environmentally sustainable design (ESD) requirements.
  • Integrated site-wide electrical and HVAC systems, plus communications, data infrastructure, and a central Building Management System (BMS).
  • Close collaboration with an Independent Commissioning Agent to verify building systems during design, construction, and handover, ensuring quality outcomes.
