RDO Equipment Facility
This state-of-the-art distribution and service centre for RDO Equipment was delivered in collaboration with GFG Projects at Charlton, located west of Toowoomba. Set on a 22-acre lot, the monster precinct showcases our turn-key project capabilities spanning design, electrical, mechanical, communications and security works. Featuring world-class facilities, the impressive build includes a 24-bay workshop, a paint booth and fabrication centre, technical and product training areas, and 200sqm of parts storage including three vertical lifting machines.
Today, our Building Services team continues to support the facility through a maintenance agreement. This service is designed to support client assets and ongoing operational requirements and is testament to our comprehensive end-to-end service model.
- Seamless communication network integration, including 100% WIFI coverage across the facility – from the offices and workshop through to the carpark and lay-down areas.
- High-end security system installation with comprehensive CCTV coverage integrated throughout the precinct.
- Complete electrical fit-out, including lighting works and control with the capability of light harvesting, plus mains switchboard, power factor correction unit and distribution boards.
- Installation of underground reticulation and consumer and submains cabling.
- Extensive HVAC-R works, including heat recovery VRV air conditioning systems complete with energy recovery units, ductwork, air-filtration, diffusion, refrigerant pipework, insulation and de-stratification fans.
- Specialised areas such as a paint booth, fabrication centre, training areas and a state-of-the-art workshop.
