This multi-tenant commercial site—featuring Officeworks, KFC, Starbucks, and Provincial Living—was delivered in partnership with CAWP.

Located in the heart of Toowoomba, the impressive 13,500m² precinct showcases our turn-key project capabilities, including design and development, construction, electrical, mechanical, communications, security, and certification. The site features quality finishes throughout, reflecting the precision and high standards achieved through seamless coordination between various trades.

This large-scale, complex project required close collaboration with local and state government agencies, neighbouring residential and commercial properties, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Despite weather challenges, the project was completed on time and within budget over a 12-month period.
