Electrolux Distribution & Experience Centre

We partnered with our valued client, McNab, to design and construct mechanical services at the new Electrolux Distribution and Experience Centre at the Port of Brisbane. Spanning packaged type and VRV air conditioning systems, smoke exhaust and ventilation systems, and a site-wide Building Management System (BMS), solutions were designed and commissioned to meet 6-Star Green Star Rating requirements.

  • A state-of-the-art, site-wide BMS featuring HLI integration, CO2 monitoring and ventilation control, and water and energy metering, data storage and analysis.
  • Turn-key HVAC solutions, including DX air conditioning to office areas with exposed spiral ductwork, and smoke/general exhaust system and HVLS fans in the purpose-built warehouse.
  • Design of BMS, outside air, commissioning and documentation to target 6-star green star rating.
