St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba

In collaboration with our valued client, Hutchies, our team delivered a specialised scope of work for St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba to support the construction and development of the new Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The highly technical electrical, HVAC-R/mechanical, communications, and design outcomes demonstrate our team’s experience and expertise in delivering complex works in patient areas of hospitals.

  • Design, supply, and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including negative pressure rooms.
  • Integrated Building Management System (BMS) for visibility and maintenance of all services.
  • Design, supply and installation of all electrical services for the new ICU, including new distribution boards, specialist lighting, communications, and critical power UPS distribution.
  • Specialist electrical wiring systems spanning numerous cardiac protection rooms.
  • Integration into an existing generator control system and load shedding scheme with no major disruption to the facility operations.
